You may not sell, lease, sublicense, transfer, share, gift, split, repost, upload, distribute, or otherwise provide the beat or files to any third party except as expressly permitted by your license. This includes, without limitation:
Beat leases are granted only to the original purchaser and are not transferable without prior written approval.
You may not register any beat, song, derivative work, or master containing the licensed instrumental with any of the following without prior written consent:
You may not distribute or commercially release music using the beat beyond the limits of your purchased license. If your license has usage caps, distribution caps, streaming caps, monetization caps, or performance caps, you are responsible for upgrading your license before exceeding those limits.
Any use beyond the original license scope without a written license upgrade is unauthorized.
Synchronization rights are not included unless expressly stated in writing. You may not use the beat in any of the following without separate written sync approval:

Any open verse, contest, promotional, challenge, or downloadable community-use file remains protected intellectual property. Access to such content does not grant ownership or unrestricted commercial rights unless a valid license or written approval has been separately granted.
